From The Jewel Box # 4

When our daughter was two and a half years old, she had a couple of words that she use to mispronounce. Mosquito bites were Spa-gee-tos bites and Oat meal was called Open meal.

Important note: We will not reveal the names of our children on this blog. Any comment that mentions our children’s names will be deleted. It is nothing personal, we just feel that it is an important safety measure for our family. 1. Hey Keith,My son who is 2 1/2, calls his pillow and blanket his “night nights. When he wants me to pick him up and hold him he says “daddy I want out”. Just makes you realize how much our little ones depend on us to teach them what they know. Just as in how much we need to depend on God and learn to lean on him to show us the way to live our lives the best way possible.Have a great day : )Randall

  2. Cute! Thanks for sharing your jewels. I’d like to get more people to do this too. I think I’ll add an invitation for parents to share their own jewels in future posting of From The Jewel Box.
