Where Do I Start?

Christian about Jehovah’s Witnesses

If you are a Christian and want to know more about Jehovah’s Witnesses, we have a wealth of information on this site. We will be adding more content on a weekly, and sometimes daily, basis. We have two main menu bars on our home page, the blue one at the very top of the page and the white one below our logo. The “Jehovah’s Witnesses” link in the blue menu bar includes a FAQ and Training section as well as other helpful links. The training section shows a list of courses which Evidence Ministries teaches to help educate and equip Christians to reach out to their Witness loved ones. If you would like to have Evidence Ministries teach at your Church or small group, do not hesitate to contact us.

One of the resources on the white menu bar is “JW Articles.” From there you can find numerous articles to help you learn more about what the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of Jehovah’s Witnesses does not want you to know.

The “JW Media” links give the options for various YouTube video series. The most popular is “Quick Questions For Jehovah’s Witnesses.” The majority of these videos are less than 60 seconds and pose thought provoking questions for Witnesses to consider. If you view the comments to these videos on our YouTube channel, you will quickly realize that the answers of the Jehovah’s Witnesses are insufficient.

One other helpful link on the white menu bar is our Store. Clicking on that link takes you to a selection of books which we highly recommend. If you want to learn how to better witness to Jehovah’s Witnesses, there is a selection of books there. Our top suggestion is, “How to Rescue Your Loved One from the Watchtower.” Reading that book changed the way we look at ministry to Jehovah’s Witnesses and Mormons. For more on the books in our store, read the JW FAQ “What books do you recommend for learning about Jehovah’s Witnesses?”

You may also want to click the “Compelled by love to preach the gospel” link below the search field in the top right corner of the home page. This will take you to a section of our ministry bio which explains why we reach out to Mormons and Jehovah’s Witnesses.

If you have any questions, comments or concerns, feel free to contact us by phone or email. Thanks for visiting our site.

Christian about Mormonism

If you are a Christian and want to know more about Mormonism, we have a wealth of information on this site. We will be adding more content on a weekly, and sometimes daily, basis. We have two main menu bars on our home page, the blue one at the very top of the page and the white one below our logo. The “Mormons” link in the blue menu bar includes a FAQ and Training section as well as other helpful links. The training section shows a list of courses which Evidence Ministries teaches to help educate and equip Christians to reach out to their Mormon loved ones. If you would like to have Evidence Ministries teach at your Church or small group, do not hesitate to contact us.

One of the resources on the white menu bar is “Mormon Articles.” From there you can find numerous articles to help you learn more about what the LDS Church does not want you to know. One of those things is the real nature of the Mormon Church. To understand the Mormon world view and how it differs from Christianity, read here. It is actually one of our favorite articles and, ironically, it is written by the Mormon Church.

The “Mormon Media” links give the options for various YouTube video series. The most popular is “Quick Questions For Mormons.” The majority of these videos are less than 60 seconds and pose thought provoking questions for Mormons to ponder.  We have received reports from Mormons who are leaving the LDS Church that they have asked their Mormon leaders some of our “Quick Questions.” The answers are insufficient.

One other helpful link on the white menu bar is our Store. Clicking on that link takes you to a selection of books which we highly recommend. If you want to learn how to better witness to Mormons, our top three suggestions in order are, 1) Speaking the Truth in love to Mormons, 2) The Mormon Scrapbook and 3) Mormonism 101. Not only does each book teach you the doctrine of the LDS Church, it also explains how to use that information to get Mormons thinking.

We have two main menu bars on our home page, the blue one at the very top of the page and the white one below our logo. The “Jehovah’s Witnesses” link in the blue menu bar includes testimonies from former Jehovah’s Witnesses, a link to our local ex-Jehovah’s Witness support group, an article of Good News for Witnesses and other topics.

The resources on the white menu bar include “JW Articles” and “JW Media” links. From there you can find numerous articles, videos and other resources to help you learn more about what the Watchtower does not want you to know. I am a Mormon

If you are a Mormon and have questions about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, yet do not feel safe confiding in another Mormon, you have come to the right place. If you need someone to talk to, go to the “Contact Us” link under the “About Us” link in the blue menu bar at the top of any page. Feel free to contact us by email or phone.

We have two main menu bars on our home page, the blue one at the very top of the page and the white one below our logo. The “Mormons” link in the blue menu bar includes a FAQ section. The two FAQs that will probably interest you the most are “Are you Anti-Mormon” and “Why do you Hate Mormons?” For the record, we do not view ourselves as anti-Mormon and we do not hate Mormons. For a more complete answer, please refers to those specific FAQs.

Also included under the “Mormons” link in the blue menu bar are a few testimonials from former Mormons, a link to our ex-Mormon Bible study and “Good news for Mormons” which is a presentation of the gospel worded in such a way that Mormons will have a better grasp of what Christians believe about being forgiven.

The resources on the white menu bar include “Mormon Articles” and “Mormon Media” links. From there you can find numerous articles, videos and other resources to help you learn more about what the LDS Church does not want you to know. Just Curious

If you are not a Christian, Jehovah’s Witness or Mormon, but want to know more about the similarities and differences and why it matters, the JW and Mormon articles section is a good place to start. When you click on those links, there will be a list of all of the articles in that category above the first article listed.

One JW article which will help you understand how Witnesses are raised is titled, “Growing up in and out of the Jehovah’s Witness Cult.” It is a testimonial of the life of an average Jehovah’s Witness child. Most of the things that American children enjoy, including celebrating Christmas and birthdays, are forbidden by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Reading this article will give you an appreciation for the difficulties of being a Jehovah’s Witness.

One article about Mormonism which may be of interest is titled, “How Does Mormonism Differ From Christianity?”This article is actually written by the Mormon Church. It is found in an official Mormon Church manual and gives a very clear description of the Mormon World View. Some of the topics in this article are, God Was Once A Mortal Man, Men Are Gods In Embryo and Only Through Celestial Marriage Can A Person Become Like God.
